First Day in Room 202 for English 202
Fall Semester Came by so fast

The long anticipated fall semester was here before I knew it. First day of school was like a resurrection of IUP after a period of time that made the school campus seems like no man land. Students raced to their classes; some on bikes, others drove around the campus in search of vacant parking spaces, while those who live close by took easy walks. As the saying goes whether you enter through the back door or the front door, the focus point is to find yourself inside of the building. the finale of all these ran around was the class rooms where we were to meet, for the first time, or maybe not, professors under whose tutorships we will be subjected for the entire semester.

It occurred to me that after two years of study here at IUP, Walking through the corridor of Leonard for a 202 English class was my first time. I took a brief walk to the second floor of Leonard to room 202. Students were waiting outside of the class, I popped my head in to see if indeed this was the room of knowledge I have come searching for. The professor immediately greeted me in an informal way by noding his head to me which signal to me that I was not lost, and that i was finally here in room 202.

There was something unusual about this room; unlike the many other classes that i have had during my study here at iup, this room was a little bit too clustered, and jammed with computers. At first, It seems like I was in a computer literacy class but not sooner than later was I quickly corrected when the professor commence the class by introducing himself, which was subssequently followed by response of each of us as we took our turns to say all the best things about ourselves. From the introductions, I noticed that the professor was full of humor, and that he was a fun person. He made us laugh on many occasions through the introduction. To the pleasure of us all, at least it was a good start so far.

Cognizant of what the class is about, and with the authority and power invested in him, the professor went over the syllabus, and stressed some essential things that we are supposed to be aware of as we commence this academic journey in English 202.
The time went by fast. Though we went through the regular hours, it seems like all we did today was talk, laugh, and simply getting to know each other.

The summer was indeed fun, well, atleast for some but it is over, but sitting here in room 202, what looked us in the face now is fall, and for sure, it came by so fast.
